Pamela Seitz
Pam Seitz
Pam Seitz
Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Co-Director of East Boca Yoga & Pilates

Pam was drawn to yoga in 1993, seeking to balance the demands of a corporate job in California. Although she had studied ballet extensively in the 1980s, she felt that a yoga practice would be a more holistic experience. Pam moved to Florida in 2002 and has taught yoga since then. In addition, she earned her massage therapy license in Florida in 2005 and has received additional training and experience in Thai Yoga massage. She is also a Reiki Practitioner.

Pam has always enjoyed coaching others, having honed her teaching skills as a piano instructor in college. Her students benefit greatly from her knowledge of anatomy and movement, her past teaching experience, and the insights she has gained from her own yoga practice. She has a compassionate and caring approach to her students and truly enjoys sharing yoga with others.

Pam lives in Delray Beach with her husband and two cats. She continues her yoga practice and study with Dean Lerner, Manouso Manos and Rebecca Lerner, senior Iyengar yoga teachers. Click here to see Pam's class schedule.

Kerry Cavanagh
Kerry Cavanagh
Kerry Cavanagh
Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist

Kerry's love of movement began as a young child doing cartwheels and backbends. In 1970, she met her first true love at John Jay High School in Brooklyn, New York: hatha yoga. Through subsequent explorations into dance -- creative movement in particular -- her interest in the interrelationship of body, mind, heart, and soul flourished.

In 1991, soon after becoming a massage therapist, her passion for the science of yoga and the art of teaching was re-ignited. This led her to the beauty, intelligence and rigor of the Iyengar method of yoga. Kerry loves to share the joy of yoga and has been teaching Iyengar Yoga for 8 years.

She lives in Delray Beach with the other love of her life, Tom.  Click here see Kerry's class schedule.

Tammy views the practice of Yoga as an opportunity to strengthen and balance the body, as it calms the mind, allowing ourselves to discover what is important, what it is to be a human being. "Yoga allows us to see ourselves truthfully and discover how we can weave that awareness into the way we live our lives," she says.  Click here to see Tammy's class schedule.

Julie Murphy
Julie Murphy

Julie turned to yoga in 2001 and soon discovered that the many benefits of a regular yoga practice went way beyond a physical workout. She has practiced and studied Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Anusara Yoga, and after completing her 200-hour Yoga Register Teacher certification, she began teaching yoga in 2008. The bliss she finds through yoga inspires her to teach with humility, kindness, and humor, while respecting the fundamentals of alignment. Polina has studied and taught Yoga in her native Russia and in the U.K. for 4 years. She was a student of Svami Ganapati in India and more recently received certification in Sampoorna Yoga at Yogi Hari's Ashram in Mirimar, Florida. Here is how she describes Sampoorna Yoga: "Sampoorna Yoga is the yoga of fullness. It refines and purifies all aspects of the human personality so that the soul can shine forth in its divine splendor. According to the yoga philosophy, when we speak of the body, we are referring to three bodies, the physical, astral and the causal body. All the systems in these three bodies are toned through Sampoorna Yoga. That is why at the end of a Sampoorna Yoga session you will feel relaxed, recharged and happy."
